Shipping and Handeling:

A: Orders usually will process between 1-5 working days from purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

-Q: how do i return my order to you?
-A: if you're looking to return or exchange your order, please contact us at shop@worldwideballet.net with your order number. All returned items must be in their original packing, with tags attached and no use to the product. 

Cancellation 

-Q: i would like to cancel my order

-A: Cancelling an order can only be done before the product is shipped.

If order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it, you will have to return it. Please see rules for this issue. 

If you paid via credit card there will be charge of $3.65 us dollars for cancellation. Refund will take up to 30 working days. 

Paypal payment refund doesn't required any extra fee. 

Customs and import taxes:

A: No. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
